We developed a marketing strategy for Energ-G-Africa in Malawi to position it as a credible and ambitious player within the sustainable energy market in Southern Africa.

Through interviews with senior managers and a review of the business strategy, we developed a plan to raise the business profile among institutional investors and drive demand through its new solar panel manufacturing plant – only the second such facility in Africa.

We kept the plan straightforward so that the Ener-G-Africa team can implement it with limited outside support. We concluded by kickstarting the marketing activity by onboarding some high-quality digital marketing suppliers to assist with implementation.
