The founder of BEESA, a business consultancy, asked us to help him define the company brand and review the marketing strategy.

Working closely with senior managers, we summarised the brand story over several interviews and consolidated our findings in a brand strategy presentation. This presentation was then used to refresh the company brand with the help of a designer and explain the company vision to staff.

We concluded our involvement by developing a strategic marketing plan for BEESA and project managing the implementation, including a new website, sales brochures and a refinement of the telesales process.
