Inside of a nuclear power reactor

We worked with the owner of C-Squared Project Management Services over 12 months to develop a business development plan to secure more work within the energy sector in South Africa. We jointly conducted industry research to identified sectors of opportunity and potential key accounts. We then developed a Sales and Marketing plan to introduce C-Squared to these clients as well as refined the plan as more information became available. The project ended when the owner felt confident that a clear roadmap existed to help him grow the business.
