Bosch Holdings consists of a group of engineering-related companies, including Bosch Projects, a multidisciplinary engineering firm, Bosch Capital, which provides project finance, and Bosch Ulwazi, the training and development arm. We helped the group develop a marketing plan for each of its divisions to promote core services to existing key accounts and expand into new markets. Through a series of interviews and a survey to senior managers, we established the state of marketing in the group and identified key focus areas. We then developed “mini” marketing plans for each division with specific objectives and actions. We also guided the group through a process to define the company’s brand story and position, ensuring consistent communication across all marketing activities. We concluded by assisting with the recruitment and training of an internal marketing manager to coordinate all marketing activities.
