Firejuice provides virtual marketing manager function for PRIMA Industrial Holdings, trusted supplier of comminution solutions to the global mining industry. The time had come to turn marketing from a time-consuming necessity into a dynamic function; one that would enable it to increase its customer focus and enter new markets.
Firejuice stepped in, to serve as an outsourced virtual marketing manager. Working with PRIMA’s internal marketing and management team, Firejuice has reviewed the company’s marketing activity and developed a plan to strengthen brand presence and support new business acquisition.
Firejuice is further helping to roll out the marketing plan on a flexible, month-to-month basis – ensuring effective implementation that delivers results.
So far, Firejuice has guided PRIMA through a brand modernisation process and kickstarted a communication campaign to promote the company using social media, signage and stationery.
Bernard Jansen, founder and managing consultant at Firejuice, sees the partnership with PRIMA as representative of how marketing can deliver tangible results to medium-sized companies in the industrial sector.
Jansen says, “We appreciate that many business owners and managers are busy trying to run their businesses, leaving little time to optimise marketing. Our relationship with PRIMA, now two years old, has helped it to enhance its approach to marketing and sales with measurable results.”
The Firejuice-PRIMA collaboration is ongoing, with the next phase – re-developing the PRIMA website – well underway.
“Working with Firejuice brings an outside perspective to building an industrial ‘business’ brand,” says William Price, Managing Director of PRIMA Industrial Holdings. “Team Firejuice has become a valuable addition to our team as we aim to build on our 80 years of history and grow our international presence as a specialist provider of comminution solutions to the global mining sector.”
