We developed a Marketing plan for Supertec to support it through a period of rapid expansion. The brand needed to reflect the credibility of the business and support the roll-out of new branches across the Gauteng province of South Africa. Through a careful review of the Supertec website and marketing materials, we identified a shortlist of issues that needed to be addressed to build the brand and support sales growth. We then implemented the improvements over six months, working closely with senior managers and, where required, external suppliers. We concluded the project by training an internal marketing person to manage marketing activities on an ongoing basis.
