We were asked to develop a marketing strategy to help Security Warehouse expand its store footprint in Gauteng province and grow its security consulting division.
What we did
We worked closely with the management team to review all marketing activity and suggest areas for improvement. We then consolidated our findings in a marketing strategy focused on positioning the business on its expert knowledge and excellent product range. We concluded the project by supporting the in-house marketing team planning a series of marketing activities to communicate the new position in Gauteng.
Since our involvement, the company has tripled its number of stores in Gauteng and significantly grown sales of its consulting division.
We’ve worked with Firejuice for 8 months in which he conveyed a strategic perspective to our growth ambitions.
