A reactor core at Koeberg Nuclear Power Plant

We worked with the owner of C-Squared Project Management Services over 12 months to develop a business development process to secure more work within the energy sector in South Africa. We conducted desktop research of the industries and jointly identified areas of opportunity and potential key accounts. We then developed a Sales and Marketing plan to approach these clients, which we refined as it was executed and new insights gained. The project ended when the owner felt confident that a clear roadmap existed that provided a tried and tested route to find new work.
