Given its multi-national client base and sensitive nature of its work (handling food), CoSo needed to improve its brand image to reflect its relentless focus on quality and service.
What we did
We reviewed the industry, both local and global, to understand how other food packers position themselves. We then did an audit of all marketing materials used by CoSo and developed a plan to improve the brand image. We concluded the project by implementing the plan, including refining the logo with the help of a freelance graphic designer, updating the website and organising an event exhibition at the bi-annual PROPAK industry show.
CoSo has drastically improved its reputation in the market and has subsequently become part of Portion Pack Europe, one of the largest food potions companies in the world.
