“Productized” service offerings

The founder of BEESA, a business consultancy, asked us to help him define the company brand and review the marketing strategy. Working closely with him, we summarised the brand story over a number of interviews and consolidated our findings in a brand strategy presentation. This presentation was then used to refresh the company brand with the help of a designer and explain the company vision to staff. We concluded our involvement by developing a strategic marketing plan for BEESA and project managing the implementation, which included a new website, sales brochures and a refinement of the telesales process.
